- Ephesians 3:14-21
We are a nonprofit ministry in the Kingdom of Eswatini that recognizes the urgent need to protect and support women who are victims of violence. For many women facing abuse, escape often feels impossible, with nowhere to turn for safety, care, or healing.
In response to this pressing need, we are launching a transformative initiative: Establishing a Women's Shelter and Resource Center designed to offer a safe haven for women and her young children escaping violence. Our goal is not only to provide immediate relief but to empower women to rebuild their lives and create a brighter future. To God be the glory.
Each woman and her young children will be provided a private and secure residence, ensuring their safety and a sense of stability during their time at the shelter.
A licensed counselor will provide individual and group therapy sessions, offering daily emotional support, mental health care, and guidance.
Each woman will work with the counselor to create an individualized post-stay care plan, designed to address her unique circumstances, goals, and challenges. These plans will encompass areas such as spiritual growth, emotional health, career training/planning, parenting, financial literacy, safety, and housing stability.
A dining area where nutritious, balanced meals will be served in a warm community environment.
A dedicated classroom offering a range of educational programs designed to equip women with the skills necessary for financial independence, personal empowerment, and career development.
A comfortable, welcoming area for relaxation, worship, and building supportive relationships with one another.
A small clinic to address immediate healthcare needs, ensuring that women, children, and staff have access to urgent health services
A vegetable garden, fruit tree orchard, and small-scale livestock farm (including chickens and sheep) will promote self-sufficiency and healthy living.
Our commitment extends beyond the time in the shelter. We will provide follow-up services to ensure continued safety, stability, and success. This ongoing support will include check-ins and assistance with access to community resources, ensuring that women and children thrive long after they leave our care.
